ในด้านประสิทธิภาพ Norman มีพนักงานสัญญาจ้างเต็มเวลามากกว่า 100 คนในสายการผลิตอัตโนมัติของตนเอง ซึ่งเพียงพอสำหรับการผลิตการทดสอบประมาณ 60,0000 ครั้งต่อวัน
